Frequently Asked Questions
I just renewed my membership last
year. Do I have to renew my membership again?
Yes, REA memberships are valid
from January 1 to December 31 and should be renewed annually.
All renewals expire on December 31st of each year. In the year of renewal you will
continue to have access to online membership benefits until
January 31 of the following year.
Once memberships are renewed members will have access to journal
articles, conference proceedings, discussion forums, and REACH
newsletter from all previous years that digitized materials are
available. Please note special concessions may be made to extend membership a full calendar year for new
members who did not join until December of any given year.
I just renewed my membership. Will I receive a
confirmation notice once my membership has been processed?
No, Online access to the REA
membership Portal is normally available within 10-14 days of
membership renewal. However, Taylor and Francis does not send
out membership confirmation notices. If you renew online, your
"Thank you for submitting" form is your confirmation.
If you renew via mail/fax it could take as long as 30 days for
your information to be reflected in the REA database.
I can't log into the REA membership
portal, but I am sure that my membership is current.
Your initial password is the zip

when renewing your membership your password is your zip code
without any spaces or the last 5 digits of your phone number.
